On the 23rd of August 2023, a boat trip ”Cruise of Remembrance” took place through the former Jewish quarter of Podgóra (now Lake Dobczyce), in which descendants of Dobczyce Jews took part: Rywka Alon, Jochewed Shaked and Shimon Milner from Israel, Shira Becker-Alon from Luxembourg, Suzan Freeman and Joseph Freeman from the USA, who came to Dobczyce to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the extermination of this Jewish community.
